Cupcake lock box

This one was definitely a level 5 in difficulty. It took me a week to do it!
Well, here it is...

Let me show you how to open it!
You take off the cherry,
Put in the key,
push the key towards a hole at the side, and twist the key up.
This will open the box.

How does it work?
Inside the lockbox, there's a tab.

The tab is attached to the top of the box and goes through a hole at the side.

So, when the cherry (which has a rounded end) is inside of the box, it jams into the tab and keeps the tab inside the hole, therefore leaving it locked.

But, if you take the cherry out, you're un-jamming the tab, and when you push in the key, you're taking the tab out of the hole.

So, then, it's easy to open to all your treasures!

Materials I used:
-cardboard
-paper
-flexible wire
-glue gun
-tape
-heart buttons
-clay (I recommend Crayola's model magic air dry clay)
-markers
-paint
-white fine glitter
-jumbo white glitter
-paper clip
-scissors
-glitter glue gun
-cake pop stick
-jewelry
-glaze
-school glue

The week was worth it!

Oh, forget it!

Trolls is a great movie. The main character is a troll named Poppy.

I made a Poppy pencil topper out of clay!

Materials I used:
-Crayola's model magic air dry clay (I really recommend this!)
-Blue jumbo glitter
-fine white glitter
-white jumbo glitter
-Crayola's model magic air dry clay glaze
-markers
-toothpick or kabob stick
-pencil

A little tip...
When using clay, only buy white clay, and then colour and mix in colours using markers. Like this, you'd save lots of money!

This is around a level 5 in difficulty. (1 being lowest, 5 being greatest) But, I did make another one (without the glitter and glaze) that would be around a level 3.

I might do a tutorial on this one, but, I'm not so sure just yet.

Pipe cleaner owl

Whooooo's going to see a pipe cleaner owl today? You are!
I think this owl is pretty owlsome!

Okay, Okay, enough with the owl puns. Let's get on with the post.

Materials I used:
-Pipe cleaners
-scissors

And with a bit of time, bending, and cutting...

This owlsome owl (I know I said no more puns, but I couldn't help myself!) was about a level 4 in difficulty. (Level 1 is the easiest and level 5 is the hardest)

I'll probably do a tutorial on it too.
